Some of it could be water weight. I would definitely UP the cardio. I have read from most sources 5-6 days per week is optimal. Are you drinking your water and getting your fiber? Are you keeping your food journal? Seriously, it's the only way for me.

You can do this. It's just nine pounds. You have already proven that you can do it. Best of luck!

Oh, how depressing it can be to see those pounds sneak back on. I swear, sometimes I feel like a fat magnet! I think you are so strong and brave to say "That is enough, thank you" and deal with this now. The most important thing is that you have decided that paying attention to your health is important, and that you know that you are worth the effort! Good Luck!

Yes to the water, yes to the fiber. Haven't had any time to do the cardio, that's why I haven't been doing it lately - have 2 jobs and school - but will get back to it when I come back from vacation so that it's back up to 4 days weekly.

As to the food journal, it's funny if you look at it, I write in it from Monday to Thursday and half of Friday and then BLAH...nothing! I'm sure that's my main problem - the Friday/Sat/Sun thing.

But it's not just 9 lb. My total now is 35 lb to get to my ultimate goal :(

Anyway, thanks for all the replies! It's nice to know someone cares!
