Hey Gary! Thanks for #2 again... this just means that I have to try harder!! My back went out on me 3 days ago so I have been really taking it easy and sitting on a heatpad and just plain babying it. Hopefully, I will be back to my "old" self again in the next couple days and get busy on the treadmill.... Too Darn cold to be outside!!

You are at 5 degrees...I am at 68 right now....how in the heck do you people do it?....not freeze to death!

Right now I am wrapped in an afghan, in front of a big fire in the fireplace with 2 pomeranians cuddled up with me. And tonight sitting on the heat pad really feels good!!!

I have always told folks around here that you were "hot"!

My daughter is a volunteer for Girls On The Run...a non-profit group. She goes out with a group of about 10-14 girls each week...way cool....I am so proud of her....they did a 5K on Saturday....here is the link
