Fat 2 Fit radio
 

Has anyone been listening to fat2fitradio? Do you find their shows helpful? A friend at work recommended it and I thought I would ask for the 3FC opinions.

I DL that one, logical weight loss and of course Jillian's show. F2F is better than logical IMO, but I find Jillian's show the most motivational and helpful.

are thease radios online? or like xm radio or something???

I don't know anything about it either. Where can I find them?

I'm not sure about the ones that RangerChic mentioned, but fat2fit is a podcast you can down load at fat2fitradio.com. I'll have to check out the other ones though.

Jillian Michaels, one of the trainers from the Biggest Loser, has a radio show on every Sunday from 9-11am PST. You can listen to the show live, call in, or download them from the website once they are over.

Her show really is very good, I download them and listen to them often. She usually has a planned topic that she talks about for an hour, like nutrition or exercise, and then she takes calls and answers questions for about an hour.

Right, Jillian's show is easily downloadable. I DL via itunes though, as I have a subscription for it. Logical weightloss is also a podcast I found on itunes.
