Bwaha! Oh, it's totally no go, no weigh! Luckily I'm very regular like Tomato. Nearly every morning I meet a friend to walk on the rail trail. Once I missed my morning go and went to walk.

MISTAKE! I'm not even going to begin any details but it was very uncomfortable and needless to say, I had to cut the walk short. There was a lot of squeezing of unfamiliar muscles that day!

I hate it when I can't poo right away when I get up in the morning. I definitely does make all the difference. Congrats to you!!!

Yeah, that's my problem. I eat lots of fiber and I'm quite regular, but it still isn't gonna happen until after I've exercised (and drank a LOT of water) and had half my breakfast before I go. So, first thing in the morning is still going to be the most consistent time for me.
