I had 3 egg whites and 1 yolk, fried with no oil or seasoning. Also, some LF natural yoghurt with fruit puree.

Why? Because of the vitamins and nutrients found in eggs and butter. Bread, because, well, what else would I do with my butter?

I ate 2 eggs friend in non-stick spray, 1 microwaved turkey sausage pattie, 2 pieces of toast with margarine and 2 servings of nonfat milk. i'm on a 40/40/20 diet so it's not bad. Keeps me full and has lots of protein.

I had 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese and 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, hot constant comment tea (plain). I like this breakfast because it's easy, high in protein, and it includes a serving of vegetables. And I like it (not a traditional breakfast food person).

A small banana with about 1 1/2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter.

It was a great breakfast to eat on the sly during my first period class... quick and easy!

Work day - either a container of fat-free plain yogurt, or 90 calorie pack of 2% cottage cheese, with 0.25 cup of grape-nuts, or 0.5 oz of sunflower seeds and 1.4 oz box of raisins, or a Kashi bar.

Weekend - oatmeal, with some combination of: raisins, craisins, 0.5 oz of walnuts or pecans. A drizzle of honey, and half a cup of milk - and butter buds, to trick my mouth.

I'm not a breakfast food person so I usually have a slimfast or a banana smoothie . Today was a creamy chocolate slimfast.
