I just wanted to post a thread and let you guys know how incredible everyone on this site is. I am so happy with both my own success & other peoples success. It is so helpful & inspirational to know that I am not the only one struggling to lose weight & live healthy. I honestly don't think I'd be able to make this journey alone and having all you guys & this site has been necessary for my own success. I couldn't do it without the support of every single person on this site! THANK YOU!!!!!! :hug::hug::hug:

Awwwe I'm glad for this site too! It's so great that you don't have to feel alone and you can get so much support from people that understand this here... it's so real and down to earth i love it!

Thank you for starting this thread EX... I too am so very grateful to have found you terrific group of people. Weight Loss can be a very lonely journey. It is something that consumes a person trying to achieve it. It's a full time job. So many people just "don't" want to hear about it. It's kind of like talking shop at the bar with people you don't work with...it's boring to the people who have never struggled...and it's intimidating to the people who have, but are not trying at the moment. You learn a lot about people who you associate with in real life when you are on a diet. Sometimes it's not always good. It's just nice to have someone to talk to who "gets it". Thank you to all who make my day a little less difficult.
