Holding around 130 (131 this morning). I'm not losing on the scale right now, but I'm losing inches (admittedly, the scale now shows my body weight at 29% instead of 30). My 'skinny skirt' that was definitely tight when I started wearing it 6 or 8 weeks ago is now a good fit. And my skirt that fit like a glove when I bought is now a little roomy--I can pinch an inch and a half or even two inches of fabric around the hips. Going to classes at the gym is paying off, even if the scale is lying to me! ;)

Down 3.8 from last week. It's been a year this week since I started and it's been a slow go, but I'm down 29 lbs overall, and I think I have a way of eating and exercising that may work for me in the long run.

I was very excited to see another 5 pounds gone this week. I know that sounds like a lot but I stayed the same last week so just chalked it up to catch up pounds. Its not like I lose 5 pounds every week (I know its not healthy, but if it was...).
Congrats to all on their weight loss. As for those that stalled this week, who knows maybe yours will show up next week, like mine did. |
i seem to have plateued unfortunately especially considering the fact that this is only my third week on my diet grrr, but i did loose two lbs in the last ten days, leaving me at 220. i guess that's something...

I was losing steadily (finally) and decided that I wanted to add more intense exercise because my walking times have not changed for months. I think I need more muscle. So I got Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred DVD to enhance my fitness. I knew that it would stop the losses because of the added exercise and it has. I am on Day 5 and I have actually not just stopped losing but have gained two pounds.
The Shred has been brutal but it has been what I needed. I feel terrific and even in five days my pants waist is fitting better. I think that's worth it. I hope by December that my goal of walking 10k in faster times will be reached. Then I want to start running with a goal of a mini marathon by spring. Cie :goodvibes |
I weighed in this morning instead of my normal Saturday morning weigh in because I am going away this weekend, and was not happy with what I saw ;) LOL I went up a pound, but I am also on TOM, so I guess I wasn't expecting the scale to go down either.

Its only my 1st week so i guess ive lost water but im down 9lbs. s0 now at 309lbs..........

last friday 186.6, today 184.2 = 2.4lbs down (it took a miracle)
