I generally have one large cup of coffee in the mornings and one diet soda mid-afternoon - both for the caffeine boost. :)
The rest of the time I drink water or club soda. But I really am not going to give up my Diet Coke. I love it too much. . |
I actually find that hard to believe!
I was a heavy pepsi max drinker from 2001 until about 2 months ago when I went cold turkey. In that time I was on many diets with massive weight loss in short periods of time. Since going off the pepsi max, my metabolism seems to have slowed down! Im thinking of going back on it again! |
