Default Any good shows/series to watch while working out on treadmill?

To pass the time I have a tv infront of my treadmill, please make recommendations on any good shows to watch while working out to distract me from what my body is doing. I've watched the Sopranos any others? I love mystery suspense drama! If I'm distracted by drama on tv I can walk 10 miles easy...

I really enjoy heroes, and friends.
You might like dexter, my husband is really into it, i haven't seen it.
You could get netflix or something and pick a bunch of movies to watch. I like doing that too.

If we tell you, it won't sound as good. You'll have to trust us on the awesomeness.

Dexter is a serial killer, who only kills people who have murdered others. He works for the Miami PD as a blood spatter technician during the day, and has his own justice going on at night.

I find that watching "Law and Order: Criminal Intent" reruns at the gym make the elliptical go by that much quicker.

That sounds really similar to Death Note - it's an anime my husband was OBSESSED with for about 2 months.

I've kind of fallen in love with True Blood (HBO on Sunday nights). House, Biggest Loser, Grey's Anatomy, NCIS...

LOST is a good one to get into while working out. I love to watch The Biggest Loser as well, but that might remind you that you're working out. Supernatural is also good if you like stuff like that!

If you're at all into X-Files type shows, check out JJ Abrams latest show, Fringe (Tues., 9pm, Fox, right after House). GREAT show. Watch House then Fringe and there's two hours worth of walking. For comedy, The Big Bang Theory (Mon, 8pm, CBS) and The Office (Thurs, 9pm, NBC).
