Its official!!

well I just finished my first month at the gym and weighed and measured, so after one month I lost 11 pounds and 8 inches. WOO HOO!!! what a way to start. I know it will slow down now but it is so nice to have this first month behind me and see that all my hard work has paid off. I still have a long way to go but I know I can do. I just have to keep up my faith and my hard work.

Thanks everyone for all your support. I know I will need more in the future.
