Hi everyone. I have been posting on the 100 LB forum for about 1 1/2 years. Well I was looking through other forums and I saw this. There seems to be alot of good support and advice here. So I thought that I would introduce myself. :carrot:

I just turned 31 (UGH) Im married and I have a 13 y/o step daughter and a 7 y/o daughter. I am in college trying to get my nursing degree. I have struggled with my weight since I was 12. I was at my highest a few weeks ago 255..... Today I weigh 243. I have alot of self esteem issues that I am working on. I am trying to change my thought process. It is going very SLOW. But so is the weightloss.... Cant wait to get to know everyone. :hug:
