Me: 186, same as last week. Well, sorta. I mean, it was I woke up for work, which is what I take as my "official" weekly weight. But no, coming home from work, I find myself at a trim 184.5. I was tempted to report that instead! But no, fair is fair. No fudging on the truth or the numbers. *sigh*
Not really happy with my weigh-in this morning. I'm only down .6 pounds from last Friday. So, I'm now at 191.4. I was expecting at least 191.0 or less. Time to work harder!
I hate being sick, but this time it paid off...a combination of a terrible cold, aunt flo, and massive dental work = 5 pounds down. Interestingly this is the first time I've been sick since starting my WL, and I was only sick 3 days were everyone in my family is still suffering a week later.
Sad to say, no change this week. I should probably be happy that it didn't go up since I wasn't really too good at staying OP this week but I have my first mini-goal deadline tomorrow and it doesn't look like I am going to make it so I am even though it is my own fault. Maybe I'll lose a ton of water weight by morning?
I'm just restarting but I'm at 192 and last week befor I went off of my diet I was at 193 so I guess I still lost a pound with all the junk I've been eating.
