I am actually the same weight as you (160 lb) and want to be 135 lb. People keep saying to me, "never mind, you look perfect already, don't lose any more weight, etc".

it's not so much that I need their support, it just that I feel like what I am saying is being totally discounted. I feel like saying, YOU gain 25 lb and see how YOU feel -- I may say you look great, but you won't FEEL great!!!

it's irritating.
