Bad night!!!!

Ok, gotta be accountable for last night, so I can get over it and move on. I did have a bad day yesterday. I did good all day because I was making spaghetti, and I made my portions small, and actually filled up pretty quick. But then I had the kids decorate sugar cookies for halloween, and I ended up eating one. Then I ended up eating some candy corn, and some mini m and m's and then a single serve (3.6 oz) ben and jerry's. I cleaned all day yesterday, so I didn't work out, but I just need twenty minutes of cardio, and forty minutes of weight training for the fitness challange. I can do that today, and Back on counting today. I feel as though I probably gained some back, but I am not looking untill monday. It just started raining yesterday, and I think that has something to do with my need for food. But, I can jump this hurdle and get back on track. I had to share, so that I am not feeling like I am lying about my little binge or hiding it, because that will just send me downhill. Accountability, Right?:^:

^_^ As long as you get back on the band wagon, you'll be fine! You didn't do too badly (unless 'some' candy corn & m&m's is an entire bag) Good luck with getting back on track!

Hooray for accountability!

Back on the bandwagon is a lesson for all of us, huh? I'm really starting to realize that's the difference!

BTW, I seriously doubt one cookie, a single B&J and a handful of candy will make you gain any weight!!! Maybe just stall ya for that day!
