Everyone weigh in 10/03/08
It's time again for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!
Me: 183.5, up half a pound from last week. Not sure why, it didn't seem like I was eating like crazy this week. Well, up until the potluck at work yesterday. I had been feeling starved all day, and just said, "to heck with it" and dove in. Well, I have a whole week to undo that damage. I hope it can be done! |

So, I am down 0.5 pounds from last week. I was really hoping for more but its TOM so I guess that is good enough. Now I just have to stay away from the chocolate :devil: for the next couple of days. |

Starting October off right with a 2.5 pound loss, to 225.5. 2.5 pounds away from goal and officially down 30 pounds. |
I'm 217.0, down from starting weight of 225.0 last week.

Wow, I'm amazed. Last week I was bummed by a dedicated no-loss. I was paid back 5 fold for sticking to it, as hard as it was. After not losing a single pound for last week, (a first) I lost FIVE this week.
I can only guess that I was majorly retaining water last week because the tape did show a loss. I'm high on life today!! |
Yesterday, my official weigh in day, i was 133lbs exactly! Down 2lbs from last week, yay!

I am down 3.8 pounds from 189.2 to 185.4! Woohoo. I am very happy.

i was at 128.9 earlier in the week.... down 1.1lbs since last week still.... i blame the slow on illness.... |

I'm ready to cry and pull my hair out. Over the last three weeks I've gained 5 pounds. How come it is so easy to gain but so hard to lose? I've had a wedding and a conference and lots of traveling the last three weeks and I'm so tired of food. So tired of eating stuff I'm not used to but is really great tasting. Meals heavy on meat and bread and really light on veggies. The veggies were usually soaked in butter or oil too. Lots of sitting around and no action. I'm glad things are going to be back to normal for a while. If I have my way I will stay in my comfort zone for a LONG time. No more eating out for me.

196... again.... Going on 5 days with the same weight, it doesn't fluctuate either! Morning: 196. After work: 196. After dinner: 196. After I workout: 196. Yeah, I weigh mylsef too much but usually never take it seriously. Since the 196 saga I've been weighing myself more throughout the day to "test" it. Always, 196. :tantrum:
At least I'm not gaining. :) |
