So I slipped up yesterday....
 

The kids and the hubby were home yesterday so my day started off groove, the hubby made BACON and eggs for all and threw me off from the get go.
I had a few mini PB cups and a can of my love-Pepsi by the night's end.
So everyone has left the house now and I can start off with a good breakfast.:smug:
I love my kids and all but I sooooo enjoy school days, I need some alone time.

Bacon is one of those dangerous breakfast foods for me! I get mad when someone in my family brings it into the house, lol.

I had a square of hershey's chocolate. Ugh.

It was soooooo good though. LOL

I'm so impressed you said 'slipped up' instead of 'I failed' or 'I'm no good at this'! Even more impressive, you're accepting what happened but not letting it mess with your plan or get you down too much! Whenever I 'slip up' I get so discouraged i give up and spend a couple days eating junky comfort food. You're my new inspiration :)

Remember that just because you ate something you didn't want to in the morning doens't mean you have to continue doing it the rest of the day! :D

But congrats on doing a great job of holding it together. Bacon is one of my favorite things and I just have a horrible time resisting it.
