it is hard but you gotta fight it....
i cudnt last nite and i ate some chocolate.... only a minor amount so i dunt fink it will do any harm.... but i so didnt want to eat any and feel **** now for doing so.... |
That happens to me all of the time. I might mess up in the mornings and then think "Oh well I already messed up today so I might as well eat crap the rest of the day" Don't feel bad. You just have to get right back on it.
