I would definitely WAIT! I know when I got to the 80 pound gone mark...my knee pain was almost gone..I snap, crackle and pop less too.:)

Congrats on the weight loss! Jay said it best, surgeons recommend surgery. That's how they make their living. I am in favor of a second opinion and waiting it out to see if additional weight loss helps your condition. Good luck and feel better!
