I was unsure which category to post this in, so apologies first off if it's in the wrong place.
I decided that this week I was going to up my exercise from 30mins of cardio 5 days a week to 45 minutes Mon, Wed and Fri and 30 mins on Tues and Thurs.
So as today is Monday, I did my first 45 minute work out - nothing extraordinarily above and beyond what I'd do in 30 minutes - I did 25 minutes of fast walking/jogging (intervals) and then the remaining 20 minutes I kept my pace to a fast walk, interspersed with a couple of 30 min rest periods of my normal walking pace.
I kept hydrated throughout, and I ate regularly today (had lunch around 1.5-2hours prior to working out).
However after my workout, about 20 minutes later in the shower, I started feeling queasy and I threw up my lunch

I'm still not feeling 100% now, and it's been around 2.5 hours since I exercised.
So basically, did I over do it? Was 45 minutes too much of a leap from 30 minutes? Did I do something else wrong? It's not the food, as my sister ate the same as me and is feeling completely fine, the only thing different is that I exercised.
