Oh no! I would not belittle what any amount of extra pounds feels like to someone else, and if you need to lose 35 pounds to be healthy, then it's fabulous that you've decided to do it. But if you can't love yourself at 35# overweight, you're not going to magically love yourself at 130#. Actually, losing weight and getting healthier is sooooo much easier when you love yourself before you start. Then you're doing it because you care so much about and value yourself. If it's all punishment or disgust, it is so much harder.
You may be surprised what even 1 week of eating healthy (not starving), being active (not killing yourself), and getting good sleep and plenty of water will do for your outlook. You may lose a little, but not a lot in 1 week. But you will start seeing yourself differently. You start looking for other ways to treat yourself well and have have kinder thought to yourself, and that in turn makes your eating better, and then you feel better, and it's a wonderful circle that feeds itself.
