Stalling is soooooo hard! I know that everyone here can sympathize with me on that. I've been stuck for 3 weeks, diligently eating clean and sporadically exercising (yeah, yeah that wasn't helping my stall
) and I was getting so frustrated! But I had faith. I just kept telling myself to continue to eat clean and continue to try to exercise more and
something would happen....well finally I had a great big WHOOSH! Down 3 pounds!!
So this is just a reminder to myself and anyone else who might need it - don't despair, keep it up, be patient and don't let frustration and discouragement push you back into the old habits!
