Default Just Keep Fighting The Good Fight
Stalling is soooooo hard! I know that everyone here can sympathize with me on that. I've been stuck for 3 weeks, diligently eating clean and sporadically exercising (yeah, yeah that wasn't helping my stall ) and I was getting so frustrated! But I had faith. I just kept telling myself to continue to eat clean and continue to try to exercise more and something would happen....well finally I had a great big WHOOSH! Down 3 pounds!!

So this is just a reminder to myself and anyone else who might need it - don't despair, keep it up, be patient and don't let frustration and discouragement push you back into the old habits!

I'm so glad you hung in there and it payed off! It's been one of the hardest things for me to learn: just keep doing the right things and eventually it will work.
