Need Ideas for FAST Back/Chest Results

So I am a bridesmaid this Saturday and I have been dieting and exercising for the past two months to get ready and fit comfortably in my dress. Here it is TWO DAYS before the wedding and it still won't zip up the whole way. I've done a great job reducing my waistline, but I think the problem is in my chest/back area. Any suggestions on good back/chest workouts or something I can add to my wardrobe that will squeeze it all in? I'm desperate!

I'm not sure about exercises... but to squeeze out any extra bloat you can always go to a nearby spa and do a full body wrap. You basically instantly lose inches, though only temporarily.

Yikes!!! That's serious. Maybe you could wear one of those slimming undergarments like Spanxs. I've never worn them but Oprah raves about them. Is there a shawl with the dress that would cover the offending zipper?

There's no exercise that will solve your problem in two days. If I were you, I'd go to a lingerie expert (at the department store, for instance) and let them fit you for a minimizing bra or corset.

Yep - there is no way to spot reduce in that time.

You can probably go get fitted for a minimizing bra that'll hold you in and make the dress easier to zip, if there isn't much to go. If you've got inches of zipper that won't go, you can look at wraps, pashminas, etc. to cover the top of the zipper, and discuss the issue with the bride. Go see a lingerie specialist.

Thanks - I'm going to VS ASAP. It just has a little more ways to go up! I feel so bad, I should of dealt with this a month ago but I thought I could just lose it all in time.

You know, you can talk with someone who does alterations and have them rebuild the back of the dress, if the style allows. You might have a lower back scoop than the others in the party, but at least the dress will zip!

I had to do that with a bridesmaid dress, and it worked out pretty well. I had about 1.5 inches that wouldn't close at the top, and they just rebuilt the top in a day and made it fit.

I would go low, low carb for those two days. Good luck!
