The only thing I can think that would be hindering you are the high glycemic indexes of some of the foods you've been eating. I know my body is intolerant to sugar. Whenever I eat any kind of carbs my body likes to hold on to the weight. Your diet is low in calories, fat, and very healthy but maybe it's just not right for you. Cereal, carrots, apples, and corn all have very a high glycemic. Or you can try cutting out the Diet Dr. Pepper. That is my only suggestion.
You're doing great though. Keep it up! Even if the pounds aren't coming off you HAVE to be feeling better physically. Your body must love you for the amount of exercise that you've been doing. You're an inspiration! Don't give up!
