Hey, I could use a bit of a push - I walk a bit more than 3 miles 4-5 times a week, but would like to improve my time. This sounds like a great challenge. As this is my first challenge, does that make me a virgin? Hmmph - haven't fallen under that nomenclature in several eons!;) Let me know if I can participate! Danke!!!!

Wahooooo.... CheRee checking in and signing up for the 3fc Back 2 School Labor Day 5k. If I could be #32 again, that would be great, but no biggie one way or the other. The most important thing for me is that I'm participating and I never thought I'd would be doing 5k's ever in my life. This will be 5k #4 for me. VIRGIN NO MORE/SEMI ELITE... :running: Planning to beat my last 5k time by a minute!!!

I'll do it on my bike! And since biking goes a bit easier than walking I'll do 25k. I'll shoot for doing it 3x Saturday through Monday.

I would like to sign up again (#41 again if possible). I actually did a 5k walk with hubby on Sunday of the last one and then another 5k on the treadmill on the Monday. I was sick Friday and Saturday, so hopefully I can count the Monday one. I didn't get to post them, as my feet haven't touched the ground this week with being REALLY busy at work. I will have to look for the thread to see if I can still post the two lots. I actually love these 3FC 5ks (thanks Gary!) as they give me that little extra motivation that I need at times.

Please include me for the next one. I'll try and be good and get my results posted within a day or so.

I am going to be out of town for work a couple of weeks or more. I may or may not have access to a computer. Just keep posting and I will, eventually get all your numbers listed!

There's lot's of room to join up. Only 19 days left to the 3fc Back 2 School ~ Labor Day 5k. We want as many chicks and rooters doing this as we can. :carrot:
