When I first started this journey, 2 years ago, I only weighed once a month. I had made the decision to get healthy and lose s-l-o-w-l-y so I needed to waite a long time in between so I wouldn't get discouraged. As I got closer to goal though I found myself too often weighing the same on that "one day a month" due to water or whatever so now I weigh every day some times more than once. I've been at it long enough that I understand what each up and down relates too though, so the number doesn't get to me. I wouldn't recommend daily weigh ins for anyone who is just learning how their body works.
The last time I lost a significant amount of weight I never weighed myself maybe 3 times over the course of a year.
This time I've decided to weigh myself once a week, 2 weeks so far... it is not something I like to do, I'm hoping as I lose weight I'll stop being so phobic about it.
I've been doing this healthy eating for so long now that i only weigh in whenever i remember, sometimes it's a shock though "oh god, i've put on 2 lbs" but usually it just shows a loss. I used to be OBSESSED with weighing, at least 5 times a day. But now i can just FEEL if i've lost weight, if you know what i mean, i don't need a scale.
I started weighing myself every day and I feel okay with it. I go potty and then weigh myself naked every morning. If I am having a HORRIBLE week, then I will stay perfect OP for a few days before I weigh myself, some numbers I never want to see again, ya know!?! =)

Twice a day, as soon as I get up and just before I go to bed, both naked after peeing. I consider this restraint. The evening weigh-in prepares me for what I'll see in the morning. I can pretty much predict what the scale will say based on the previous weigh in, so there aren't any unpleasant surprises.
Sometimes I'll weigh myself after working out, as well, but I try to keep that to a minimum.
I weigh every morning, and sometimes later in the day too. By now, I've seen enough ups and downs due to various factors that a few pounds up doesn't freak me out. Lots of things affect the scale -- too much sodium, TOM, carb/protein ratio, heck even a really long/hard workout can cause me to weigh more the next day. But I like to know where I'm at so that I can correct as needed.
I weight a couple of times a day! I know it's bad! But I just weight to monitor that my weight isn't going up to much. I also don't pay the scale too much mind because I realize why it would go up...food, water.... I think it's okay to weight yourself as much as you like as long as you are not focused so much on what is on the scale. If it is going to derail you to see you went up a pound then don't weigh so often! I only pay attention to my weigh in on Saturdays.
I weigh myself every day because it keeps me on track, but I'm now on vacation and I don't have access to a scale... so frustrating not knowing how I'm doing!
I weigh every day. I'm amazed at the fluctuations. A salty restaurant meal can account for 4 or 5 lbs in one day! By keeping tabs on my fluctuations, I don't get freaked out if my weekly weigh in shows a gain -- if that gain is actually due to fluid retention.
I used to weigh in daily but my weight fluctuated too much it drove me nuts. Now I just do Mondays and Im not as nuts. There are occasions that I do weigh in mid week but I try not to.
