71.7 today. Much better than that !!! 73.5 !!! on the last day in Delhi ... which now I realize was a combination of both poor eating and water weight.
Goal is 67 by Thanksgiving. Achievable.

on 8/1, my bathroom scale was 197. 2 lbs up for the month, but I'm thinking that AF has somethign to do with it. I hope to be down today

176.9, down about a pound from last week. I'm working on muscle building so haven't managed to lose more than a pound per week, but I'm finally down a pant size.

Down 1.5 this week! It would've been 2, but i had a post-party diner breakfast at 2 a.m. 
Granted, this week's weight loss only gets me to where I was before the weight-gaining road trip. NEXT WEEK IS MINE! (hee!)
