workout journal

  • I am 5"5" and weight 150 pounds. I am looking to keep track of my diet and exercise and I thought if I were to post my results everyday that I would get a little extra motivation and be able to keep track of everything.

    Exercise
    5-10 minutes of stretching
    30 minutes cardio on the stationary bike (gym)
    5-10 minutes of cool down stretching

    will start to add some weight lifting soon, right now cardio is all I can handle.

    Diet

    breakfast
    oatmeal real thing, not the sugary flavor stuff
    glass of orange juice

    snack yogurt

    lunchtime
    meal replacement shake (supplements)

    snack
    bite size chocolate energy bar (caramel) (supplements)

    dinner
    chicken salad (light dressing)

    first day is always easy, the rest will be tough but looking to keep track of everything this time.

    Welcome to 3FC.
    There are several places online you can record your activity & food some of which will give you reports about how you're doing. Fitday is one of them. Or, I have a small notebook that I usually keep in my purse to write things down.
