I finally bought a scale! I just weighed myself - 10st 10, or 150lbs. I think ill make Sunday or Monday my weighing day, keep me in line on the weekends :)

I weighed in on Friday
Last week- 333
this week- 330.5
Lost 2.5 lbs.

I weighed in today and only lost .6 which I guess is ok since I started this morning too.

down to 256 down about 4 pounds from last week :)

I'm at just over 202 on my scale, which is a few pounds lower than last week (I was at just over 205 a week ago). Almost to onederland!

Congrats to everyone who lost! WOOOO!

As for me: The Anti-WOOO. :( After weeks of PMS/TOM/ and then a road trip, i gained two pounds.

BOOO! :( It's hard for me not to just cry and shove food in my mouth. Back on the wagon!

On Friday July 25th I was 217.5. Down 3.3lbs from the week before.
