You don't want to let this go on too long. If you don't get some relief, soon, please see your doctor.
If I take flaxseed oil caps every day and get plenty of veggies, I am fine. If I am stopped up, Dulcolax or Phillips softgels usually do the trick. :) |

should be here today.... going to give that a try n if that doesnt work within 24/48 hours i shall be at the docs.... |
