Question I'm soooooooooo tired

Hi Everyone,

I started my "diet" (changing the way I think about food" about 1 month ago and since I am SO tired. Is this normal? should I be eating more? other foods? thx!

Hey Lucy!

What are you eating? Can you give us a sample day? Are you getting exercise, how much water, how much sleep?

Give us some more info, and we'll see if we can get you some ideas.
