My husband was total jerk-head to me after I got home from teaching a lesson this morning--stomping around, yelling, etc. I am still mad at him. I ate a good lunch but then I felt snackish. I had a fleeting feeling of wanting to throw it all away and gorge myself on chocolate and other carbs--instead, I made no-sugar bittersweet-chocolate-chip cookies with peanuts. And I ate two, and stopped. Kids loved them too.
I'm still mad, but at least I enjoyed the baking and the eating and didn't throw away my efforts to be healthier.
