So we're on for tonight, and I will report back later this evening!
JAMIE I hope you had a great vacation...you can do 5K's anytime!

I always round down too! Not about time...unless you want to PR each time! It's about getting out...burning a few calories and having fun!

I finally did mine last night. A combination of bicycling and elliptical. I got in a little over 5 miles, but I didn't keep track of the time. My exercise has been very inconsistent lately, so I'm hoping this will kick me into gear again.

Ok, so I have been going to the gym and was signed up to do the 5k, but I had some major family drama to deal with and just couldn't hit the pavement last weekend.

I know I'm waaaaay late, but the dog and I just got back from doing 3.8 miles.

Boy do I feel better. It really was eating at me all week!
