Weight Loss Support Groups?

Hi Everyone!

I was wondering if there were any weight loss support groups with weigh-ins like Weight Watchers out there that are more geared towards calorie counting. I like the idea of WW, but counting points is really just not my thing.

I am also 25, so a group with some younger people in it as well would be awesome.

Any tips would be great!

I am also in the Boston area, so if that helps... :P

Have you considered TOPS?

They are open to people of all plans. They are very affordable.

I'm waiting for Kaplods to come in here and give you more information...I'm sure she's on her way!
