Okay, I'm starting fresh today. I spent a lot of time this week on this forum and got some good encouragement and saw some amazing stories. I want to be one of those success stories.

I even posted my first goal. small but don't want to see to overwhelmed. I hope to be on here everyday and losing weight.

thanks everyone. I am doing Weight Watchers (that's what has worked for me in the past) and i'm doing Turbo Jam videos as my exercise. Been good so far today, i know I can do this!
