I am probably weird but I can't say that TOM affects in that sense. My inclination to snack, munch or eat in general seems to be pretty much even all month. I don't want to make the impression that I am a tireless muncher, quite the contrary, I seem to keep myself on a pretty short leash.

i know the feeling of munchies. for me i will say it has gotten better since i quit waitressing almost 6 years ago the "midnight munchies" are the worst. it got even better when i started working days 4 years ago. i just work a little harder at stay focused to what i am eating and if i do want a sweet treat i have it for breakfast i know it is not the most nutritional thing to do but that way i can work around it and the calories that comes with it.
