My hips are 42" and with a 35" waist, the ratio is 83.33%. So... again, it's all someone's "idea" and doesn't necessarily apply to every individual. Now, if I lost another 10 pounds, that might change--but my guess for now is that those proportions would probably stay the same. Abdominal and core exercises--they sure have helped me to get a flatter abdomen. And they help my back feel better, too. :yes: Jay |
No anyone problem. waist is no so much issue.do exercise daily.Do side by side and twister your waist will be reduce surly.
