Okay, I've been trying to lose weight for a while now and for the majority of the time it was a negative experience. Until, I discovered 3FC. I cannot even begin to give the credit this forum and the people in it deserve!

I really just wanted to say thank you to those of you who help motivate and put s smile on my face, and to say I have faith in everybody here losing weight. We can all do it with 3FC and all of the beautiful women who contribute.

Spoz - first things first, only YOU can do the work of losing weight, and you're doing GREAT so far. Give yourself some credit!

That being said, I do love it here, and think it'd be SO hard to keep going on the path I'm on without 3FC by my side!

What I meant is without 3fc I'd still be having those awful negative thoughts, wheras these days 3fc really helps me stay positive! Aw I love this place!
