Priorities
I've made a lot of discoveries after a little calorie counting...amongst other things.
It always happens like this…I eat pasta, tuna, fruit and a little cheese for lunch and end up binging later! Having a 2,000 calorie diet doesn’t help much. Priorities must be set: *Count servings *No unnecessary helpings *Have a sufficient amount of protein *Adjust insulin, bring it WAY down *See my diabetic doctor *Slow down at all times while eating food *Chew, at most, 30 times *Fresh fruit for dessert |
There's a thread in Maintainers about having "no excuses" for just one week at a time.
You should join us there. You certainly look like you have your plan outlined nicely. |
