It sounds like this lady needs a good punch to the face. FACE PUNCH! Well, since you can't do that... I'd ignore her or like many others have said rib her back and offer her some soup. Don't let this person ruin your decision to be healthy. She's definitely not worth it. If she doesn't get a reaction out of you, then she has to go home and face her own demons.
