Believe in yourself! You can do anything you want if you put your mind to it.
Put your feet down and tell your mom and BF to not interfere with your eating. (Do you you tell THEM what to eat or what not to eat?) You will lose it - baby steps at a time! |
The others are right! I use to make so many excuses but in the end I realized that it was me that had to make the change and work for what I want. I have a two year old son and now when I get off of work instead of me sitting around doing nothing we go walking just about every day after work and I realized how much I was missing. He is happier about getting out and so am I. Take it one day at a time and its true that the whole losing weight thing is a learning process! Good luck.....

Thank you all. I had lost 35 pounds and, since February, put 20 back on. I have been wallowing in that "all is lost" feeling while gingerly trying to get back on track. I've been in the one pound lost - two pounds gained cycle. You've helped a lot.
