I want to thank each and everyone on you in these forums. You truly do inspire me to keep pushing through whatever it may be. I know I am not in this weight struggle alone and honestly it really does help me out so much.

It is just me and my sons in my house so I do not have in home support. I also dont talk to my friends about eating better and exercising because I have done it so many times before and I have felt like a failure if I (and they) dont see results.
