Hello all you sweet people!

I need a little advise, Does anyone know how to do any type of stomach exercise using a resistance tube? Please anyone advise.:carrot:

My favorite source for resistance band exercises lately has been the About.com exercise page. There are photos of the exercises, and a whole variety of different exercises for upper body and lower body.

I use it whenever I need new ideas for my bands.
