    I was really bummed when I weighed in 6lbs heavier but I was just curious cuz I had to go up a notch on my belt so I measured and I've lost another inch. I think that felt better than if it had said I had lost lbs. Ha ha! I don't feel so bad anymore

    You are absolutely right! Smaller is what we're after, even if the scales say weird things. Good work!

    Yep - even if the scale does something odd, there's no denying a measuring tape that says you're smaller.
