Me: 176, up half a pound from last week. And I don't really know why. I didn't have any major out lapses that would account for it. This is kind of a bummer. Oh well, next week, and all that same same.
I'm up 0.2 lbs from last week to 128.8. I think I've officially hit a plateau. I haven't seen any weight loss in 3 weeks I really ramped it up this week too with the exercise.
Had a huge surprise this morning to see a 3lb loss in only 4 days. I've been on vacation for 2 weeks and was very pleased to have lost .5lb in that time. Only weighed myself this morning to get back to my usual weigh in day but was not expecting to see the scale move from Tuesday's reading. Total loss is now 78lbs in 11 months.
i'm down 8 lb since tuesday (as in 4 days ago)! although it's not very significant because i was just at the very top of my non-dieting fluctuation range a few days ago and a couple of days of being good just brings me to the bottom of my fluctuation range, so the actual hard (and slow) graft starts from here. still though it's good for motivation...i've been having silly fantasies about how if i could lose 8 lbs every 4 days i'd be thin(ish) in a month, etc...pointless but fun.
I don't weigh regularly right now... I'm focusing on getting "back on the wagon" and not letting the scale get to me... until the Bigger Loser challenge starts, that is. But I weighed this morning just because of this thread... and yikes...
This is my very first post here, so I hope I can just jump in.
Basically I realized none of my cloths fit anymore, I had to buy new pants....and decided it was time to stop the up and down roller coaster and just loose some weight.
I weighed myself this morning in at 191.5 down a bit from last week where I was at 194.
I weighed in yesterday 4/14 and lost 1 lb; this brings me to reaching my first 5 lb weight loss since beginning WW online 3 weeks ago! I'm aiming for 1/2 pound each week so loosing a whole pound feels like double. Oh boy the head games I play with myself!!!
