Yes, you may feel hungrier during the day once you start eating during the day. Your body says, "OMG, she's actually going to FEED ME!!!!" :lol: So this is a good sign. Just remember that you need to reduce how much you are eating at night, for supper and later, when you eat more during the day. I think you'll find that you have more energy during the day when you eat on a more 'normal' schedule. As a low-cal snack, I like baby carrots. You can eat these like there is no tomorrow--a dozen of them is something like 70 calories. They are crunchy, which I like, and they are sweet. Lots of fiber and vitamins, too. :carrot: I try to have something like a lowfat string cheese with them, though. Good luck! Hang in there! Jay |
Hi all, tyty for more tips! Day 2 eating more often and so far so good. But i can tell it's going to take time getting used to being really hungry. Hubby and i wwere shoppping today and i was going to kill him becuase i wanted to go eat lucnh and he was being slow lol.
