Wednesday Apr 2nd is a darned fine day cuz ...
 

Dh is up already and I've been kissed good morning.

My scrubs fit just fine phew!

I smell good. I slept good

Although the notion can be shaky ... I feel pretty good as a nonsmoker.


.... and that's pretty good for just a fe hours int a Wednesday.

Because it's Wednesday, and that means we're one day closer to the weekend! ;) :lol:

Becauce I had a relaxing shower this morning (and I smell good, too!) :D

Because I just feel good. :yes:

...because the storm that's kept me up half of the night blew away all the clouds and it looks like it's going to be a glorious day...

...because I've got my day planned out...

...because I have a steaming bowl of oatmeal in front of me and enough time to eat it instead of wolfing it down...

Because I got up at 7:30AM, I got a good night sleep, I am actually eating breakfast (and healthy too-cup of low fat blueberry yogurt and one small apple with water). I exercised on my bike for 20 minutes of cardio. Tonight I plan to do 45 minutes on the treadmill, and my scale said (before I ate anything or drank anything) that I was 144-145lbs! Although I'm skeptical about that as yesterday it told me I was 150..see why I need to throw it out? lol

Plus I have today off work. Wednesday hopefully will be a good day. ;)

because I have been up since 430am and i dont feel tired!! :)
had a good breakfast, my boyfriend got up to make me lunch for work this morning and i have a ton of work to do to keep me busy so my work day can fly by! I went to the gym yesterday and i feel great today! :)

Today is a GREAT day. I got some sugars from my sugar before work, I get a my free monthly meal at work for working so hard at billing time (which will be a salad), I look good and I feel good. The sun is shining, it's warm outside and i'm OP. It is a great day!!!

oh...and i smell good also!!! hehehehe.

*I actually took the time to put a little make up on, and clothes that aren't jeans and a sweatshirt this morning...I don't feel like a frump.

*I just had a delicious fattening cappuchino (but I ate a healthy breakfast)

*It is a gorgeous day outside

*The penguins are playing tonight

...because I got my hair done yesterday and I'm looking quite cute if I do say so myself.
...because I slept in a cute cami/boyshort set and woke up feeling girly
...because I'm excited to try a new recipe for dinner tonight

.... because the sun is shining and there is a distinct smell of "spring" in the air
... because I am feeling inspired/romantic today, and plan to write my hubby a love letter
... because I just ate some brussel sprouts and they were super yummy, lol

and I 4th the smelling good thing :)

...because I don't have to work today and i can relax tonight - finally - after a long two weeks of stress!
...and because i managed to make an amazing (and quite healthy) taco salad with ingredients hiding in my fridge and cabinets
