Thanks for the blog feature, 3FC!
 

I am fully aware that my blog represents extended navel-gazing. This activity, which I previously viewed as purely narcissistic, turns out to have had some very positive effects for me. And who knows, maybe for someone else, too.

By regularly ruminating on this weight loss/fitness gain process, I am 'thinking out loud' so to speak. As a result, I have stumbled upon some totally unforeseen positives, and have had some significant realizations. In other words, I have learned things I may not have learned otherwise, and these are things which I believe will help me 'stay the course' in the long term.

I would never have started a blog were it not for the fact this feature was easily available here, so :thanks:
