Okay, so I had a little trip up. I hate admitting that, but I have to for accountability. I had about a week and a half of eating whatever I wanted while not working out because I was sick. However, I'm back and I'm healthy now and up about a pound. Hopefully with some serious refocusing I can be down two by next week's weigh-in day. I wanna cross 150 sooo bad!!! It's like some evil barrier. I was getting close, I could feel it, and then *crash* I messed up for a week and a half. I gotta get into those 140s. I just have to!!!
