I finally sat down and started tracking my calories with daily plate and I am shocked at the calories I am taking in even while eating healthy. I am taking in an average of 2200 - 2400 calories a day. Of course I am eating also to support breastfeeding my son so I figured I was doing good with my meals but I had no idea that it was that high. No wonder my scale is not moving. I need to reduce my calories to 1900 - 2000 to start and see if that makes a difference and go from there. I really hope this is the push I need to start seeing the pounds come off.
