im worried about changing scales because the next scale might say i weigh more than this one!
if it gives me a lower number than it should (such a tease!) and i get off, and get back on a few times - it will give me a regular number repeatedly that i go with....
i am guilty of weighing a lot. a few times a day, i'd day. i log it into my fitday because i like to see a frequent trend downward... i only log the low numbers - not the increased water weight numbers... cheating? maybe. but it makes me feel good.
